• Late Registration:  TBD (no guarantee for an event bag or for an event shirt)

• Passenger Fee (12 and over):  TBD  (under 12 no fee, no shirt)

What your fee covers:

• Park entrance

• Primitive camping

• T-shirt

• Event bag

• 10 free raffle tickets

• One catered meal on Saturday evening

• Saturday night raffle

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• A full refund will be given during the regular registration period - through TBD

• A TBD refund will be given during the late registration period – through TBD

• No refund is given after late registration closes – TBD

The safety of attendees especially children is taken extremely seriously and as a result of an incident last year, the officers have taken the decision that no dogs will be allowed at SCARR 2027.  Registered service dogs are welcome.
